FAQs
How is Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordination different?
Level 2 is about linking you with services, developing your skills, and enabling you to manage your supports. Level 3, or Specialist Support Coordination, is for individuals with higher levels of needs and requires greater levels of expertise, problem-solving, and crisis management.
Can you assist me in selecting providers?
Yes. We’ll help you identify providers that fit your aims, values, and preferences. We also assist you in making informed decisions and allow you to feel at ease with your selections.
Do you manage my plan for me?
No. You are still in charge of your plan, but we walk you through the process and assist in developing your confidence to handle it yourself in the future.
What if I need to switch providers?
No problem at all. We’ll assist in reviewing your current supports, exploring your options, and helping you transition to a new provider if necessary.
How often will I see my Support Coordinator?
The answer varies depending on your needs. Some participants need frequent check-ins, and others just every now and then. We adjust the frequency to your needs.
