Is counselling confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is treated confidentially and with respect, so you can speak freely without judgement.

What can counselling help with?

Counselling can help with many things, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief and coping with big changes in life.

How often will I come?

That’s up to you. Some people like weekly sessions, while others prefer fortnightly or monthly. We’ll work out what suits you.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are one-on-one with a registered counsellor. You talk through what’s on your mind, and together we look at your thoughts and feelings and work on practical ways to cope, always at a pace that feels right for you.

Do you offer online or phone counselling?

Yes. As well as face-to-face sessions, we offer online and phone sessions, so you can get support in the way that suits you best.

Who can use this service?

We support people with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plans, as well as private clients.
