FAQs
Is counseling confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed is treated confidentially and with complete respect. Confidentiality is at the heart of establishing a safe environment where you feel free to speak freely without criticism.
What issues can counseling help with?
Counseling may address a variety of issues such as mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, stress, relationship problems, or coping with significant life change.
How frequent should I go to counseling?
Depends on you. Some people like seeing me every week, while others find fortnightly or monthly sessions more suitable. We can work out a schedule that suits you.
Is counseling available alongside other supports?
Yes. Most of our participants like counseling best when it’s paired with other supports such as recovery coaching or assistance with daily living. We will work together to make sure all your supports work together seamlessly.
Do you have online or phone counseling?
Yes. Along with face-to-face sessions, we also provide flexible online and phone sessions, so you can receive support in a way that suits you best.
